Commercial MR Grade Plywood

Commercial plywood is an ideal choice in many situations because of its reasonably priced and adaptable nature. Commercial plywood is of lower quality than marine or birch-wood variants, as it is typically composed of layers of wood veneers. Despite this, the several layers of this type of plywood that are bonded together with industrial-grade adhesives provide it exceptional durability and strength as a panel. This kind of plywood is frequently used in applications like furniture manufacturing, interior design, packing, and general construction where high strength and water resistance are not the main concerns. It is available in multiple grades, each with varying structural integrity and appearances, so consumers can select the best alternative for their demands and budget.

Marine WBP Grade Plywood

A durable variety meant for damp or humid environments. Our premium WBP (Weather and Boil Proof) grade product works best in moist, humid areas including gardens, restrooms, and parks. Additionally resistant to changing weather, marine plywood can tolerate both wet and dry situations. Additionally, this kind is resistant to wood-boring and marine creatures. It may also be cooked for approximately 108 hours at 100°C without losing its veneer bonding and lamination. Our marine plywoods are well-suited for any climatic conditions, and it’s been proved by multiple customers across the globe.

03.

Film Faced Plywood

Plywood with one or both sides covered with smooth, water-resistant film coating for a better life. The phenolic resin-based water-resistant coating shields plywood against moisture, weather, and abrasive pressures, making it a great option for outdoor and construction applications such as scaffolding, concrete formwork, truck/trailer flooring, etc. Our smooth, water resistant plywood is extremely light compared to many market alternatives which makes it ideal for many applications.

04.

Calibrated Plywood

Refers to plywood panels that have been precisely planed or sanded to achieve a consistent thickness throughout the panel. This ensures that the plywood has a consistent thickness, which where precise measurements and a smooth surface are crucial. Additionally, the customer will avoid having to pay more for additional sanding or other procedures to attain consistency.

BWR Grade Plywood

In terms of moisture resistance, MR plywood is inferior to BWR, or boiling water resistant plywood. Its bonding component, phenol formaldehyde resin, greatly increases its resistance to warping, swelling, and even exposure to boiling water.
Chemical treatments are also applied to BWR plywood to strengthen its defences against termites and borers.

Advantages of Selecting Plywood with BWR Grade:

  1. Excellent resistance to moisture – Perfect for spaces like laundry rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms where there is a greater exposure to moisture.
  2. Increased durability – Compared to MR plywood, BWR plywood is more resilient to insect damage, warping, and cracking.
  3. Adaptable to a range of uses – Ideal for uses in both indoor and outdoor environments
